Claimant says:
"Tainted Creative is a newly launched production company based out of El Paso Texas. The company is operating with stolen equipment. The Creative Director, Robert "Bobby" Gutierrez committed credit card fraud and used my line of credit to set up faulty accounts under his name and delivery address to order equipment for his business. This individual refuses to return the equipment and made no arrangements to repay the debt now owed. All purchases were unauthorized and the vendors for the equipment have verified that the accounts were set up to leave no paper trail of evidence for the credit card holder, information would only go to Bobby Gutierrez. Other merchandise being used for company productions was stolen from his previous employer The University of Texas at El Paso. This company will undoubtedly cheat its customers as its entire existence was built by actions of theft, fraud, and deceptive practice."

  • Tainted Creative and the Creative Director Robert "Bobby" Gutierrez are currently being sued for the equipment that was billed to a third party. The University of Texas at El Paso will be pressing theft charges against this individual, their former employee, and his company as well. Potential clients should research this individual, his company, and their claims of available services prior to entering into a contract with him.

  • Feb 12, 2017, Claiming party added:

  • This case has been settled via a civil lawsuit that is referenced under the El Paso County public records. Used merchandise was returned with some equipment/pieces missing (fall 2016). A partial balance was transferred to a fraud department following an investigation through Master Card. A cash settlement was provided on behalf of Robert "Bobby" Gutierrez by his father to repay a personal loan owed by Mr. Gutirerrez (January 2017).
