Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On September 24th, 2018 I called downstairs to the front desk and asked for them to call for an ambulance. The hotel staff came upstairs to check on me and I was in a full blown seizure. They brought the paramedics upstairs to me. While in seizure mode, I heard them talking about how fat I was and how they were going to get me on the stretcher. One said let's roll her onto the gurney like the fat pig she is. There are several witnesses to this. Once on the gurney, they took me downstairs to the waiting ambulance. I was still in seizure mode and I could hear what was going on and being said. Paramedic Jeremy, stuck me with I.V ports in both of my hands, was pinching my arms and saying that I was faking. He was calling me a "tweeker" and kept making fun of me. After the ambulance left the hotel and out of view of the camera's, Jeremy told the driver, "I bet if I do a "Mickey" on her, she'll stop faking." He proceeded to climb on me putting his knees on my shoulders and punched me in the chest cracking my sternum. They drove me to Hastings Indian Hospital for treatment. I was totally unconscious until my husband and mother in law arrived and got a doctor to get in my room. I was unsupervised, no rails up on the bed, and seizing profusely. My husband had to make Dr. Franklin (E.R Doctor at Hastings. He's fully aware that I have seizures. He's treated me before) My daughter gave the paramedic my medicine which contained seizure medication and Norco in case my Tylenol 3's mixed with other medications and I was reacting to it.
We have witness statements along with video recordings at the hotel. You can clearly see when they took me out, I had no marks on my chest. When I returned to the hotel, I was clearly bruised from the Paramedic Jeremy doing the "Mickey" on me. Which btw was uncalled for because I never stopped breathing. He was enjoying torturing me. I have medical reports, pictures, and witness statements. Im needing to either find an attorney to represent me, or, the paperwork for me to represent myself. Other attorney's seem interested for awhile then call and say they can't help me. Please, Im needing help to file against Tahlequah City Hospital and Hastings Indian Hospital. I spoke with Mike Cates about the incident and he talked to the paramedics but nothing has been done to them. Jeremy knew I couldn't talk but most not be educated in Seizures. Just because a person is seizing, doesn't mean they can't hear. Im filing a lawsuit against both hospitals. Hastings E.R nurse Rachelle followed along with Jeremy and continued to belittle me and stuck me in a backroom without attending to me. Once I stopped seizing, Rachelle came into my room, with my M.I.L at my feet, spread me open and took a urine sample for everyone to see. No pulled curtains, no sheet to cover me, I was there for anyone to see.
I will be suing Hastings Hospital also."
