"Mr. Randall Farmer DDS Family care dentist facility has ignore and failed to communicate with patient for over a year, his office did not show in compassion regarding patient medical neglect and malpractice, painful injection, possible overdose during the intial first office visit. This office should be closed down in my opinion he shouldn't touch another sole base on his performance evalution with me. It was unbelievable during this terrible tragedy. Mr. Randall is ordain to pay this past due amount that is faithful owe to Mrs. Tiffany Fox for tampering with her life line. I'am requesting this full amount 182,866.88 through power of god amen. This man was truly awful. I would not recommend anyone to his facility , maybe he was have a bad day not sure he looked pretty darn relax to me. Thank you for reviewing my claim. And expect full prompt payment"

  • `I'am confident that Summitt Dental can resolve this matter and expecting the courtesy of a prompt reply. I know you wish this incident doesn't occurred again, with any patience. I'am requesting full payment request for default service and neglience at your location, on a pronto express.

    You may contact me by email and send a check for the balance as soon as you recieve the statement.

  • I'm contacting you DDS Mr. Randall Farmer for disbursement payment. I'am expecting the courstesy of a prompt reply. I'm writing you for the damages and negliece on this account for over a year. I expect an adjustment to be made soon as possible.

    You account is past due, it has come to my attention that in reluctance you may have over look in a distress situation. Update your account 1-11-2013.

    I'am confident that we resolve this matter to our mutual satisfaction. Send your full payment 220,404.88. Review the invoice under the conditions for the unpleasant situation occured at your location.

    I believe apology is do to Mrs. Tiffany Fox along with a valid payment, for the serious omission/promblem at Summit Dental location located on FM. 1960.

    As these costs and damages will be passed onto you, you may want to review with your attorney. This is the fouth time to attempt to collect a debt.

    Please let us know what to expect, However, we think you need to look into this situation at your earliest convenience.
