Claimant says:
"On Wednesday, May 10th, 2017, owner sold to a 15 years old $500 on spinner toys. Although not in violation of any known regulation, ethically owner should request parents authorization, ID or at least to have a limit on expenditures made by a minor. Minor also reported seeing a "gun" on regular business hours (3:30PM) which owner was showing and playing with in front of customers and minors.

When parent approached the owner on 5/11/2017 for explanations of behavior, he responded and quote "I can care less about who is giving me the money, if he wants to buy $1000 or $2000 in anything in this store that is his problem, not mine", "I only ask for ID if buying cigarettes".

Parent asked police officer about situation, he recommended to contact other agencies as it is a civil matter.

I am only asking for an investigation of his behavior, including the gun report, and possible reimbursement of at least 50% of the money ($250). If is a very friendly neighborhood that could be ruined for people like him."
