Claimant says:
"I looked at their web site and the pictures must have been taken when the building was brand new. It looks nothing like it. I checked in last Friday nite. I called two hours before arriving to confirm the reservation. They could not find it. Finally they said they had it. When I arrived they again could not find the reservation. After a while they found it again. I requested a beach view room. I got a room overlooking the indoor pool. But I was told if I look through the glass surrounding the pool and looked through the other glass wall I could see the Ocean. The room smelled of mold. The breezeways were filthy, the trash was stacked up in front of the hotel, it appeared that any form of maintenace was forgotten and the stafff was rude. My wife refused to stay at the hotel. I went to the front desk and they only refunded 90.90 of my room fee of $130.90. Because I did not like their filth I was changed $40. What a dump and what poor business practices."
