Claimant says:
"On Dec. 22,2017 I had my car washed at Squeeky Kleen Carwash & Lube at 451 Rt. 37 East, Toms River, NJ 08753.  
There was damage done to my rear fender due to the negligence of the workers.
I immediatly brought this to the attention of the manager, Carly.  She told me she had to review the surveillance video and she would get back to me.  Two weeks went by and she never got back to me.  
As of today, March 18th I am still trying to get satisfaction as to repairing my fender. The manager, Carly has ignored my requests.
Please let me know what my next course of action should be.

  • 01-05-2018 — I did not hear back from the manager, Carly.
  • 01-17-2018 — I went back to the car wash and spoke to Carly. She told me she would get someone to repair my fender.
  • 02-21-2018 — I went back to the car wash and spoke to Carly. She said she would call me back by the end of the day. She never called me back.
  • 03-18-2018 — As of today, Carly has not called me back. She has not made any attempts to repair my car fender.
