Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Verbally signed up with Sprint for internet high speed service & land phone. Internet service was "adequate" first two weeks & got progressively worse (taking minutes to connect & dropping connection). Called numerous times to complain--was told they working on towers in my area to give me better service "in the future." Called on 10/3 spoke with Jake (I390744906) to cancel service--returned Wi-Fi to Rainbow, LV, NV location on 10/5. Never did get phone service. My 1st bill was $107.55 for service 9/17-9/23. Got a bill yesterday for 9/20-10/23 for $53.13. Why? Jake never cancelled service or followed through that his supervisor would call me within 24 hours. Sick of the time and money I've pent to rectify this problem--just want OUT! Gone back to local cable for internet/telephone service. Linda Rizzo Acct #191294148 llrizzo@myway.com"
