Claimant says:
"While flying from DFW to ATL in Oct 2012. I rested my head on my seat only to be awake by a cold wetness running down my neck and back. A flight attendant had spilled hand sanitizer in my head and was trying to clean it up off the seat beside me, the floor, and even gave me paper towels to dry my hair.. I have requested all funds I paid to this airline be returned to me as well as all fees/ expense I had to pay to doctor due to scape irritation, cleaners to launder clothes stained by sanitizer, and cost paid to beautician for hair."
