Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I purchased tickets for a performance of Ballet Arizona online, but mistakenly entered the incorrect date I needed. I sent the following message:

" I pressed the wrong date on my ticket order. I need the tickets for May 5th
instead of May 2nd. Thank you."

I received the following response:

"
Unfortunately, the order has already been processed and we cannot make any changes. Also, once an order is submitted, all sales are final and there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations as stated in the Terms and Policies that must be read and agreed to when making a purchase. We greatly apologize for any inconvenience. "

I had made the transaction on Sunday, when there was no phone response to my immediate call, and thus had to wait overnight; but it was within 24 hours. Is there any way I can fix this? The ticket price was $140.00
