Claimant says:
"Honey Brown Entertainment hired Sneak Tip Media Group to shoot, direct & edit 3 music videos for r&b/pop group Tr3Sis. Freddy Williams (CEO/Director for Sneak Tip Media), stated his company would be able to meet our requirements to complete the project successfully.

We had a set back (1st shooting date) when the group experienced a family health crisis (the project was pushed back), Mr. Williams agreed that was ok & he still wanted to be apart of the project.

At a meeting between the group and Mr. Willilams for the second scheduled date, Mr. Williams was paid a $249.00 deposit to secure the dates, the group expressed their concept for the video, the look they were going for and the location that were a must for the look.
Mr. Williams explained he would scout the locations that same day, meet management that coming weekend to view the location for the 1st shoot (that we selected) & send over the shotlist w/pictures of the location for the girls approval. He stated he would have everything to our company by that evening/no later than the following afternoon.

Not only did he not confirm and meet w/managment to view the 1st location (we had to reschedule), we didn't receive the shotlist until two weeks later (the weekend before the shoot) leaving us w/out the ability to make any changes or secure another location. This was now an issue because there was a certain look the group wanted for the music video & they were unhappy w/Mr. Williams's concept.

We requested new shooting dates due to the descreapencies , expressing our concern w/Mr. Williams's latencies, that he needed more time to secure the correct locations originally requested & we would present him with our contract.

We presented our contract w/in 5days of the new shooting dates to which Mr. Williams was to sign/email it back w/in 7 days confirming Sneak Tip Media Group's involvement w/the project (a specific reply date was advised). Mr. Williams did not respond by said date, confirming his company was no longer interested.

We're requesting a full refund of the $249.00 deposit paid to Sneak Tip Media Group as it was to secure the dates & by the "Scope & Manner of Services" portion of (his) contract w/us, to "shoot, direct & edit the music videos" of which we never did.

Prior to Honey Brown Entertainment's decision not to work w/him for the project, Mr. Williams was contacted via email & phone, several times to no avail & it was based on his disregard for our concerns we no longer felt comfortable working w/him."
