Claimant says:
"I placed an order with Sjm Parts on 05/15/12 and recieved a partial delivery. The delivery was short one drive belt for a Cub Cadet lawn mower. I have asked Smj multiple times for a tracking number. The only tracking number that has been provided is the original shippment that was missing the belt. The order was paid in full on the 15th. I contacted SJM three times and they provided two false delivery dates, the last one was 06/03/12 Sunday. Now they will not answer my request for a tracking number. The last email I sent them I warned them that I would report them to the Better Business Bereau. I just need a refund or the belt. This is real strange because the belt is very common, I could buy it almost anywhere."

  • Mike Dutton's Did make and order with us and recieved a partial order We gave him An ETA for the belt but didn't receive an email to cancel that part of the order. I have called him and left him a message but no call back. So at this time I am giong to cancel the backorder for the belt and refund him for the belt. We do work with customers that call or sent emails.
