Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I just filed a claim but never was asked what I want to resolve it, nor my name so I am going to do it over in the event that I did it wrong. My name is Celeste Martires, phone number is 860-754-6368. My email address is cmart23203@gmail.com. My mailing address is 43 Inverness Lane, Middletown, CT 06457. I had purchased family tickets (4) plus the parking pass, can't recall the price for that, I paid over $500.00! We unfortunately didn't attend the park not even once - they have proof of that I'm sure! I spoke to a young lady last year, told her what happened, she told me that I wouldn't receive a refund but the best they could do was for the year 2013 I would be entitled to receive what I paid for and didn't use. I asked if I needed a confirmation number or anything and was told NO! To date, I have called 1-413-786-9300 extension 0, to speck to a specialist. No matter what time I call, it states, they're busy with other callers or you have called on none working hours! I have called seven (7) times in detail left a message, phone number and email with no response to date! My family & I could've been using the park that I paid for & have been calling since April, that is 3 months!"
