Claimant says:
"I purchased 2 pair of shoes from ShopMyBags. The shoes came from China (Christian Louboutin). One pair they did not have and are refunding the money. The 2nd pair they sent the wrong shoes (the shoes I ordered had a low heel ("kitten") and the shoes they sent had a high heel plus they were much too big. I was told I had to return them by EMS which was going to cost me $84.00 plus they were going to keep a $25.00 restocking fee. I only paid $146.00 for the shoes and they were mailed to me by regular mail (USPO). I don't have a complaint with the cust. serv. rep. as she was communicative w/me but the company policy of returning the item by EMS seems to be unfair. I think it is to insure that no one returns anything. They state that they are an A+ member of the BBB and they have a money back guarantee. Under these circumstances what money will you get back? I think someone should know about this as I am sure I am not the only unsatisfied customer. I don't know the address of SHOPMYBAG but I think they have a business office in California but I can't find the address. The only address I have is in China. I communicated with them by email when I went into SHOPMYBAGS.ME. Please email me if you need any further information. Thank you.

  • Hi, I ordered the wb site www.katydiddesigns.co.uk clothes for 420EUR. The page appears as Uk, but when I received the goods so I had to pay 195EUR CLO. Until this moment, I found that the goods are from China. I refused to take the goods and send back left. Even after three months, I have my email address with peníze.Komunikuji Cindyserviceonline@hotmail.com. Still writes me that the money was sent, but I'm not. Be careful and do not order anything.

  • They are selling also jackets under the Italian brand name name belstaff. I was rob for 250£ ordering on website belstaff a real leather jacket and the e-mail confirmation came from www. cheapbelstaffjacket co.uk and the jacket that arrive is nothing like the one I ordered online, is very poor quality and is not even a real leather. The company person i am in contact is: Cindyserviceonline@hotmail.com

  • they are now selling jewlery shipped from this address!! i have been sent a cheep necklase which is nothing like what i ordered online but when i went in to read their returns policy funnily enough it goes on about shoes!! I feel sick :-( they are using www.helennewman.co.uk also now

  • I googled the address of the person/company that ripped me off and amazingly I found all of this! Totally different website but same contact name and address in China. I was sent the wrong shoes completely. The shoes I received are of very poor quality and I have had no reply from the original website or the email address contained within the payment confirmation letter; which was from a third party by the way.
