Claimant says:
"In November of 2013, I wanted to have a motor installed in my truck. I found what I thought was a repupital shop with an ASC sign in the window. I made a deal for R and R of my bad motor with a new one for 500 hundred dollars. Two days later I returned to the shop to order my Edelbrock motor from Summit Racing to find an Auto Zone motor installed in my truck. When I got the bill it was for 3200.00 with no parts paperwork. When I ask about the parts paperwork the mechanic (Mike Semko, current operator,) said there wasn't any parts paperwork.
Sence I ask for parerwork, he wrote up a second work order for parts and labor parts for 4500.00. Replacing a 305 with a 350c.i. engine uses the same asseccories. there should have been little or no parts. No paperwork was ever signed. I have retained an Attorney.
My question is it legal for him to work under someone elses business liecense and how do I find out if the guy even has insurance for his workers."
