"Had him to do machine work and to build engine,he didn't bore cylinders correct and didn't install sleeves that were paid for,engine lost compression not once but twice,he said he installed new parts,deck block,polished crank, I was charged for this but services were not performed , I sent him a certified letter as for the refund I was told I was going to get in Dec.2013,he got letter but no word,have several engine builders that will go to court for me on condition of engine, he done nothing he said he would do,cylinders were off several thousands on each one,not one cylinder was correct,as for parts ,I paid for items that I didn't get or receive."
