Claimant says:
"July 2013 my son, Thomas E. Hampton, replied to a postcard sent to him to modify a house mortgage & equity loan due to a divorce from his ex-wife. After the enrollment and acceptance process it was agreed that the modified loan would be $1300.00 per month and the equity loan would be a few cents on the dollar. July 2014 Green Tree Bank reduced his mortgage by $300.00 bringing it to $2247.40 a far cry from $1300.00. He is on a 3 month trial period. Not a word was said about the Equity loan. Pristine severed all ties with only a letter dated July 28, 2014 stating due to the extensive period of time they were referring him to a Nonprofit Alliance of Consumer Advocates and if deemed appropriate to a Consumer Defense Law Group.

He has already paid to Pristine $3990.00 for the mortgage modification and $2495.00 for the Euity loan.

He is very wary of putting out more money as he feels this has been a costly scam. Can you help in anyway or refer us to the proper person or persons? Thank you."
