Claimant says:
"I am a commissioned notary public in the State of Louisiana. On April 24, 2014, Premier Signing Services, LLC contracted with me to perform the notarization for a re-finance for a lender on property located in Houma, LA. The agreed upon fee for my services was $120.00. I completed the assignment on April 25, 2014, mailed the document back to United Lender Services, Suite 110, 1000 Commerce Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15275-1063. As of this date, September 22, 2014, I have not been paid by Premier for my notarial services. I have tried to contact them several time regarding this issue, but to no avail. At the time that I was corresponding with Premier for payment, the company owed me a total of $320.00. It was only after I sent an email threatening to report them to the FBI for internet fraud, that I received a check from them for $200.00 for two re-finance completions that I had executed for the company. My notary business is my main source of income and when I don't get paid, my income suffers. Please do whatever is legally possible to collect this owed debt to me."
