Claimant says:
"We recently purchased a discounted travel plan to go on vacations for a fraction of the cost the regular consumer would pay. We were taken advantage of. For a cost of $5995.00 we would be in this travel club that would save the regular vacation traveler thousands of dollars. We were not given access to the website for 3 business days which was also the time given for our refund,if we wanted a refund. Since our purchase we have looked at many other vacation sites and to our surprise we aren't saving anything. So,what the heck did we pay for???? We are senior citizens with limited savings. Infact the $5995. is 20% of our total savings. We want our money back. We don't need this travel club & the lies they told. It is just another way for the hard working person to get ripped off.
I hope you can help us. The business is under two different names. It's also called "Save-on Resorts". We have not been able to resolve our issue with them. We want our money back!"
