Claimant says:
"This company is awful, they threaten me everyday. I owe this company $10.00 which I have paid. They keep harassing and threatening to sue me. This company leaves threatening voice mail messages stating that " I am a criminal, a money launderer, they are going to come to my work and have a warrant out for my arrest Etc. that files are being downloaded into the counties computer system. They also post false information about me on the internet. Which is against the law, and grounds for a law suit.. for defamation of character.

They are breaking TWO federal laws by doing this!!!
The first Federal law this company is breaking is the Federal consumer protection act. In this law it states that bill collectors CANNOT use harassing and threatening tactics such as this company has used with me.. they have called everday for the past two months..

The second is the Federal Trade comission law for bill collectors.. They are using threatening tactics and posting false information about me on the internet.Which is illegal and can get them sued for Defamation of character.
I have asked this company repeatedly to STOP harassing me and they continue to do so. I have reported this company to the Federal Trade comission for Harassment ."

  • why does your company continue to harass me everyday. You and your company are breaking the Law. I keep getting phone calls saying that I am a criminal and that your company is with the Federal government. These False statements are against the Law. It is a Federal Crime to impersonate a Goverment employee. STOP Harassing ME!!!!!

  • why do I keep getting threatening phone calls from your company. I paid the 10.00 that I owe your company back on 6-23-14. Stop threatening me with harassing phone calls and making false statements. It is against the law to have your employees state that "they are with the goverment and investigating me for fraud. YOUR company is the ONE the the government should be investigating for making FALSE Statements.
