Claimant says:
"Had Pop a Lock come to my house because I locked my keys in the car. After the tech left I left for work and rolled my window down, now it will not roll back up. After calling 3 times to have someone call me back because the first time they had my wrong phone number on file, I was finally contacted. The man on the phone said it could happen but they were not at fault. My window was working perfectly fine and within 20 mins of them leaving it now does not roll back up. I'm stuck with my window down hoping nothing happens to my car. I'm very displeased with your customer service thought you were a repeatable company but all you seem to care about is get the job done however possible, and too bad if anything goes wrong. I will NEVER refer, or use your company again if this matter is not fixed."
