"Placed two orders with Polka Dot Junkie back on October 3, 2012 (See Below). I was told that turn around time was 4-5 weeks. I tried to contact the owner, Megan Green, multiple times via email and her business Facebook page without any correspondence returned by her. She constantly deletes people's inquiries and complaints on her page. It is a week before Christmas, and way too late to receive the Christmas clothes that I ordered back in October. I want my money returned now!

  • Unfortunately, this is a common complaint on both this website and several others about people not receiving merchandise that was ordered. There is even a Facebook page that has been created about people that have had issues with this particular website, business, and individual. There have been several recommendations on that website about how to deal with issues with this company. I did notice, after researching, that the company requires payments through PayPal? If so, and you made your payment through PayPal, you should put in a dispute with PayPal, and see if they can help you obtain your refund.
