  • Shy of filing a civil action for miss-representation and/or fraud, hit these companies where it hurts them. Make a lsrge posterboard sign, place it on your car, and park in a public parking space close to the entry of the marketing company using them as thyeir "their 3ird party rewards " provider. (BS) The sign can say siply the rewards are very questionable and/or potential rip-off, and offer entrants supporting documentation of what occurred. The scam (that is usinjg the rewards scam)
    will be out and first try to intimidate you, and if you don't bluff, they'll pay you to leave.

    Consider the facts here. The company selling time shares or travel clubs etc, wants to sell a scam before people realize their reward inducement is worthless, or potentially a rip-off of the required deposit. If people realize the expected reward is a rip-off, even the dumbest of them will realize the cacation club or time share pitch is a rip-off.

    Good luck.... that's the only way you'll get any recovery. They are a SCAM... you are not dealing with honest people... treat them where it will hurt them... don't expect them to act fair or honest. (PS: If you are physically large enough, just walk in during their meeting time and intimidate them, "politely" of course.
