Claimant says:
"Jose R Rodriguez age 84 heart patient also diabetic who went to get treatment at Dentist Kinachi . Jose had a tooth that was bothing him and has very little upper teeth. He was charged a fee for the start the work . Mr Rodriguez was told by his doctor that it was not recomemded to get the procedure done because it was risky being his diabeties was very high and other conditions. He had mentioned it to the dentist where he was charged and paid in full $3000.00 total for dentures. Now they are refusing to refund the money. A letter was sent to the dentist stating his conditions as requested by the dental office manager that with a letter his money would be returned.
