"This company says that they are a debit collections agency, but they are listed as telemarketer. They are saying that I owe them $600 and they want me to pay by credit card or check. This debit is to be paid to them for a debit from 2013. I asked if I could pay on their website and they told me that they are not set up to accept such payments, but I can give them my credit card number or mail them a check to a Florida address. They said that they are collecting for Alta Coventry Apartments. I told them that I have not heard anything from this apartment of such debit. The representative name is "Mary Wilson". I asked her to let me speak to her supervisor, but he never came to the phone. I asked them to send me a letter in writing and she told me that her company don't do that. I emailed her supervisor because when I provided the representative my emailed the supervisor just emailed me a copy of a billed with a written balance on it. I emailed the supervisor that I will get back with him when I hear from Alta Coventry Apartments about the bill. I sent a certified letter to Alta Coventry Apartments, Corporate Office, but I have not heard from them as of yet. Nevertheless, the phone calls from DPM, representative, Mary Wilson with harassing phone calls. Below is the only contact information I could get from this company.

  • I have never disputed this claim because March 2016, was my very first time hearing that I owe PDM, Inc. Professional Deb Mediation,Inc.

    Also, I have sent Alta Coventry Station, Apartments, corporate office one certified letter and one regular mail letter and have not heard anything from them about this account. As mentioned earlier, my concern is that a written amount was sent to me. I would like to receive a respond from the Alta Coventry Station Apartment, Corporation Office not a written statement from PDM, Inc. stating that I owe them this amount after years. I am just hearing about this in March 2016. This is unbelievable...essage here

  • I would like for Alta Coventry Station to write this off because I was not contacted of this by Pdm until now. Pdm is stating that I owe $677.01 and I did not know about this after 4 yrs been past. Also, I never heard from Alta Coventry Apts about this bill. Also, I wrote Alta Coventry, Corp Office and still have not heard from them. What is going on? I had know knowledge that I owe any money to them.
