Claimant says:
"On 9/9/16, I purchased a lotion from MAC-SHIFA MONOBENZONE Pvt. Ltd. in the amt of $105.00 via Paypal. When the item arrived, it wasn't what was in the description. It says 'lotion' but what arrived was liquid in a bottle. In short, had to return it. Paypal provided me with a return address where to ship the item back which was in Netherlands. Went to USPS, after paying I asked for the tracking number. Per rep, there's no tracking number due to int'l shipping but only the customs declaration tracking number. Upload my USPS and credit card receipts. Paypal denied my claim due to "invalid tracking number" obviously because there's none provided by USPS. Filed an appeal and was told to get anything from USPS. I was provided by a printout which says, "non-trackable" and a toll free int'l shipping number. Uploaded the printout to paypal w/the toll free number so they can investigate on their side. Again, my appeal was denied for the same reason."
