Claimant says:
"HELLO I AM A CUSTOMER THAT PURCHASED A CAR IN NOVEMBER 2009. THE DEALER NAMED HADI TOLD ME THAT THE BANK WANTED ME TO PUT $3,500.00 DOWN FOR THE CAR AND THAT I NEEDED TO BECAUSE MY CREDIT WAS BAD. HE ALSO SAID GETTING THIS CAR WOULD BOOST MY CREDIT UP. COME TO FIND OUT I HAVE PAID OFF MY CAR $7,800.00 AND THIS CAR IS NOT ON MY CREDIT REPORT. I HAVE HAD THIS CAR FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS IN NOV 2011. HE ALSO SOLD ME A LEMON CAR. IT WAS 125,000 MILES ON THE CAR WHEN I GOT IT, AND I HAVE WENT LESS THAN 15,000 MILES ON IT SENCE I HAD IT. I NEVER TOOK IT PASS SAN FRANSISCO OR NOT PASS SACRAMENTO, CA. I TOOK THE CAR TO HIM A WEEK AFTER I HAD BOUGHT IT AND TOLD HIM IT WOULD BLOW SMOKE FROM UNDER THE HOOD, THAT IT WAS CUTTING OFF WHEN EVER IT WANTED TO, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON THREE TIMES. HE CALL HIS SELF DOING A DIAGNOSTIC TEST ON IT AND SAID NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR. I WOULD ASK HIM FOR A REPORT FOR EVERYTHING HE DONE ON MY CAR WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN, AND HE ALWAYS SAID "OH YOU DON'T NEED IT TRUST ME. I WANT TO WORK WITH YOU, I LIKE MY CUSTOMERS AND WANT TO MAKE THEM HAPPY. HE NEVER GAVE ME THE CAR FAX, I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY $35.00 FOR A CAR FAX WHEN HE SUPPOSE TO PROVIDE ME"
