Claimant says:
"I fill out an application on Aug 20,2010 for a duplex and gave my deposit for the place the agreement was I was suppose to see the duplex the next day. The owner name is Ilan and the manager name is Will. Well after I call the next day they told me that the people had not moved yet, but on craigslist it was listed as vacant and I address that to them as well. Why would you put that on Craigslist as vacant if it was not. Well after that incendent I texted Ilan a couple of days later and ask if I could see the place he said let me check so he had Will to call me. Will called me and said my place would be ready in two days I said great can I see it then he address yes. Well two days later I texted Ilan to see if I could see the place again he said I will get Will to call you back. Will call and said they I couldn't see the place because it was being clean and stated some Mexicans were doing it so it should be really clean. My deposit was 400.00 and I paid that on the 20 of August why couldn't I just see where or what I was moving into. Will said that over and over and I never could see the place. Well on August the 31 Ilan told me that I wasn't moving until the first and it wouldn't be ready until the first but I have the right to see it before I move in. He said no I don't and start texting me all kinds of ugly messages. I never even sign a lease just fill out the application and gave my deposit which was four hundred dollars wow I hope he doesn't do this to anyone else. Now I see that he has the duplex back on Craigslist trying to fool someone else please help. Ilan phone number is 310-560-0290 and Will number is 615-892-0131 opt.3. I asked if I could have my deposit back because he never would let me see what I was renting and he said no but there was no agreement about no return deposit he just didn't keep his end of the deal and right today I never saw the place. He had someone who work for him to come to my job to get my deposit but they did give me a receipt. My phone number is 910-356-4871"
