Claimant says:
"Thru a very pushy salesman who contacted me over the phone, I wa convinced to order Nutrigenix 1600, supposedly a weight loss pill. I told the salesman, I wasn't interested in this and He repeatedly said "you have nothing to lose by ordering this, you are guaranteed to get your money back if it doesn't work for you". So I said OK, and was charged $109.95 on my MasterCard, (Buy 1 get 2 free deal) My order # is 1830288. I have closed this MasterCard account because of this purchase. I can provide you with a new creditcard or you can send me a check for $109.95 to the address provided in the next section. After trying this product, I called the customer service  at least 4 times telling him this product did not work at all, that I want to return the unused bottles and want my $109.95 back, and offerred to pay for the shipping back costs myself. There is only one guy there who answers the phone at the customer service #provided (844-483-0337), and the only thing he says like a broken record is that "you got the product at a discounted price, therefore you can't have your money back." I explained to him what the salesman on the phone said, that I would get my money back if not satisfied, then he told me I must write a letter to the company. I wrote letters explaining this situation to NUTRIGENIX, POBOX 20946, Phoenix, AZ, 85034, I also sent letters to the address on the back of the bottle "institute of Nutritional Sciences, 1812 W. Sunset Blvd. St. George, UT 84770. No reply back. There is another phone number on the back of the bottle 888-559-5674, which is answered by the same guy who simply says " he can't give the money back or give me RMA # to return the bottles to get the $109.95 back". PLEASE HELP"
