Claimant says:
"I ordered a product from this company in September 2014...thinking it was a one time purchase. I received another box of same product in October.....but was out of town. In November when the third box arrived I called and said not to keep sending these products. they canceled the orders but when I wanted to return the October & November products they said I could not since I had canceled. On line their return policy is within 30 days you can return or longer than that there is a restocking fee. I am fine with that but now they say I am not I their computer any more. I know they have a record of my orders since the representative was able to find my name in the system. I would just like to send the products back for a refund!!! I would appreciate any help in this matter. All reputable companies allow people to return products that have never been opened. Thank you very much!!!!"
