Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I canceled the digital subscription months ago, and you are still billing me. I try to call you, but day after day your phone number (as printed on my Credit card statement) is busy and I am put into a long queue and then eventually your IVR hangs up on me.

Since I have no way to communicate with you, if I dont hear from you by email within 10 days, I will authorize my credit card to charge back all charges from you to my account."
