Claimant says:
"Impossible to get in touch with this company. Many, many months ago I used their facebook page to chat and say I did not want their services any more. They still kept billing me. They are still providing services that I do not want. I left a message on the facebook page to call me. No call. I am ready to report to better business bureau"

Additional Communication Between Claimant and N-Play Re Llc Llc Hide

  • N-Play has manually canceled all of Ms. Schenk’s active services and refunded all charges ($199.90) since her initial request for cancellation. All other charges were made for services fully rendered prior to her request for cancellation.

    Ms. Schenk’s description of what has taken place is incorrect and does not match our records. A detailed history is provided below.

    Furthermore, any slanderous action taken on behalf of PeopleClaim will be turned over to our legal counsel.

    History of communications from Ms. Schenk with N-Play Customer Service:

    On March 17 of this year, Ms. Schenk sent us an email requesting cancellation and refund for all services. No specific information was provided. N-Play responded the same day with instructions containing a link for her to use to cancel her services and a request for her to reply when she has canceled so we could process her refund. Ms. Schenk did not reply.

    On April 2, Ms. Schenk started another separate email exchange indicating she had canceled and wanted a ‘refund of the recent charge’. N-Play replied within minutes noting that she had subscriptions for several products and specifically asked which ones she was trying to cancel. N-Play Customer Service then sent her an additional letter (unsolicited) noting that we see she canceled her IDX product but still had two other services that she had not yet canceled. Instructions how to cancel both of these other services were attached to this email. Ms. Schenk neither replied nor took action to cancel either product.

    On May 13, Ms. Schenk sent yet another separate email indicating, “she had canceled her membership a month or so ago by phone. I am surprised to see you are still posting to my site. Please check, cancel and rebate”. Our records indicate that she never called us by phone and (as noted previously) she had NOT canceled the product referred to in her email.

    N-Play replied to her email of May 13 the next morning, agreeing that she had canceled her IDX product on April 2nd, and noting that she had NOT yet canceled the other two products. We asked, “Please let us know which you would like to alter and we can send instructions on how to do so.” Ms. Schenk did not respond.

    On May 22, Ms. Schenk sent us another separate email stating, “I called and asked you to cancel my subscription but have not done so.” N-Play replied immediately again, stating that the IDX product had been canceled but she still had two products which we would be glad to cancel for her if she specifically asked us to do so. Ms. Schenk did not respond.

    On June 5, Ms. Schenk sent us an email requesting cancellation of a product that has nothing to do with N-Play. In that email, she threatened, “Please reimburse AND cancel immediately before I take more measures.” We replied the same day (again) indicating that she had two N-Play products which were active and attached instructions for cancellation. Ms. Schenk did not reply.

    On August 10, Ms. Schenk sent us another email requesting a phone call. N-Play responded offering to either add her phone request to our call back queue or, if she would provide more detailed information regarding her request, we could provide her with quicker customer service via email. Ms. Schenk did not respond.
