Claimant says:
"I live in Worcester, MA, I have a building 3 floors appartments and I payed a total of $21.904,00 dollars to this company to install new heating and hot water system. My life has been a nightmare since then. I have so many problems with this company since they installed 3 high "efficiency" gas boiler in my house last year. The two major problems were resolved after months of stress and paying high gas bills. Now, the machine on thirth floor is shutting down almost every other day, it has been happening since 6/24/11, the same problem happened before on first floor. My tenent is treatening me of not pay if this problem continues. I lost count of how many times I called this company to fix it. Kyle Ritchie,the manager keep saying that he will come to fix it but he never came. Also, the washer and dryer outlet was removed from the wall when they intalled the boilers but hey never relocated them. I can't express enough how much stress I'm going through. Please, I need your help."
