  • I worked 32 hours. I signed the time sheet everyday. I don't care what your pm said. My first day everyone was telling me that they give out bad checks. That I should open a loadable account like Ace, so my checking account doesn't get screwed up. I'm sorry we're having this disagreement. I just want to be paid what I'm owed, ($152.00)

    "This employee was never given a bad check, we recieved every dollar he was owed. He turned in 8 hours that he says he worked but he did not sign time sheet the project manager says he wasnt there. We do not pay anyone that is not on the job just because they say they are. "

  • You need to file a wage claim with the state. You will get your money owed. It looks us over. months to get the nsf checks fixed after having to go to the DA's officeoffice, the Sheriff, and the State. We had to make them wire transfer the funds so certain no bank would take their checks. They still owe my husband hours not paid on top of I found out they never filed taxes like they should have which is why they probably have still not sent out W2's. If you call they say they have mailed them which is another lie. They have to keep them on file, so I guess for the hundredth time we will have to make another trip up there and more calls to the State and now the IRS. So yes you are owed the money, and you need to proceed with further action. They should not be operating a business if they can not pay their employees.
