Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Defective Motorola Droid Cellular smartphone smartphone Of which I seem to be getting the run around. I purchased this phone in 1/12 I started not to be charging I called the motorola which customer servise and was given instructions on how best to alimminateing the problem which didn't work ( I called tech. support around four or five times wich I was given different solution to use but I still could not get the battery to charge. So I was told to send it in to repair. I sent it in and recieved it back yesterday 5/9/12 they sent it back in some other language of which I had to send it out to Sprint to get my phone translated back into my language of which I sent it to the repair with . When my phone was returned to me the battery was three quarters fill and it didn't last an hour . It is in the same condition of which I sent it to be repaired. I called the Consumer Cellular co. of which I purchesed it from and also called the repair tech. back this morning and reported that this phone was still not working and was told that there is nothing they can do, sir or madame I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to give away $185.50, I wanted my 185.50 returned because I believe they sold me a bum phone in the beginning. I am on a fixed income and for me to give away $185.50 is ridiculous Please help me !"
