Claimant says:
"I applied and was accepted into Morgan Keller concrete construction during the beginning of summer. The first day of work, I was placed with an understanding manager. However from this point and on, everything turned downhill. The next day and forth, the company placed me under a manager who was irresponsible and hard minded. During the whole summer, he kept blaming me for not breaking my back to death. Whenever I made little mistakes, he took my concrete rake, did my job and complained about people like me. He kept giving me negative comments. He "joked" about how I'm my parent's problem and society's. He kept making remarks on how I'm better off unemployed. Every time I explained my reasoning for my work, he quickly denied it and shouted toward me immaturely. His attitude took me like two months to get over. However, that was not the main problem.
The main problem was the company itself. That manager was the only manager who    
witnessed my work because the company refused to place me with a better employer. When it came to the time of reviewing new workers, he made nothing but negative reviews about me. When it came to the day that they fired me, I tried to convince them that I needed a better employer. Since the company is nonchalant about their own workers, they too made excuses on how improper my work was. They fired me without any concerns.
Just to add it up, when I tried to collect benefits for unemployment, they lied about me being late so that the company can have a clean record. It took me an extra two months of compromising with the state of unemployment just to earn my benefits."
