Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I purchased a $500 Xbox one in 2014. Last week Xbox one update that broke my xbox. They want me to pay for a repair even though their update was the culprit. They will only replace the console for $114. I didn't break it, they did, they need to fix it

  • I sent in my console for exchange to a refurbished, I got it back today and they said they cannot give me a refurbished because I had opened the xbox to clean it. Voids the warranty. They will refund my money in 4 weeks, yet I had to pay in advance for a replacement that didn;t happen. UNBELIEVABLE!
