Claimant says:
"I hired Mike to help re-roof a workshop. I had 4-5 other people who were also helping out on a Saturday morning to remove all of the old roofing material.

Mike showed up drunk, as witnessed by the other people who were helping. I insisted he not be allowed to get on the roof. But he got up there anyway, and nearly fell of 3 different times. Each time, the other people were able to grab him, and pull him back on. Mike was there for maybe 3 hours, and didn't put in any work, because he was drunk. Mike insists he just had on the wrong shoes.

We sent him home because of his drunk state, the roof was completed by other people, and Mike never came back to the work site.
I paid Mike $50 for the use of his trailer to put the old roofing material in, I didnt' feel I owed him anymore because he didn't do any work. He stumbled and mumbled around trying to tell people what they should do.

Mike took a brand new Jigsaw, that cost be $50.00. He is refusing to return it, and insists he put in 10 hours of work and I owe him more, and that he was not drunk. Obviously I have witness's that he was."
