Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Retaliation Harrassment and imtimadation by Mercy Housing employees.2019 this started. Subletting went on for on for 2yrs.
After reporting that a tenant who works for management company was illegally subletting manager Resident manager gave me a notice of rent increase that was false stating that SHRA had not approved a raise for 2019 it not true since knowing manager for the time I have found her to be very vindictive.

After going in her office 3 different times I saw camera focused on my unit. I wrote ask her to redirect the camera. Mantainence employee after told him he began to tell other tentants about my reporting and am not treated as I was before he told them 1/26/21 Storm damage my ceiling my friend and I was talking about how he was handling the repairs and he 3 times mantainence employee not being in my unit or close outside to hear our conversation he repeated some of what we saying, really bothered me. I searched my unit last thing I checked the space that hot water heater is located in the attic every year he would come in my unit to inspection but he hasn't since 2019 after my complaint about subletting .after seeing he boarded I became very paranoid because he fixed it where he entered and exit through the subletter tentant employee and very uncomfortable with that this was done without permission behind Mercy Housing back not good only subletter and mantainence knew to my knowledge until my discovery 2/31/21 then I knew how he could hear I feel I have to watch what I say on phone or in my unit fill like I'm being spied Subletting tentant employee for Mercy housing. tried to provoke me into physical situation and staged it I wasn't going to lose me home or freedom over a lie.

This has emotionally, mentally and physically destress my. Pain and suffering because of employee actions against me Mercy Housing says that strict on the subletting but allow that tentant to do it Mercy Housing also says against retaliation I have suffered because of how the 3 employees on this site retaliation from them paranoid because on the action against me.Please feel free to share your veiws with me."

  • 07-22-2022 — Manager issued me a Reasonable accommodation application I didn't any form from her On 8/1/2022 I called for a Reasonable Accommodation appl.didnt tell her why at that time she issued me another Reasonable accommodation form for live-in Attendant I didn't request I needed form for rail in my shower to help me get out of tub. Both times she issued only live-in Attendant Form only she asked for my doctor's fax number I refused her that information on 8/1/22.

  • After looking over manager issued me paperwork for live in attention 7/22/22 I didn't request, she issued another on 8/1/22 all I needed was a shower bar for. My shower on the form ask ifo was in needfor 2 aides. Do she have a right answer?

  • It's years I haven't been able to feel regain my right the quit enjoyment of my home and it continues. This is an ongoing Mercy Housing employees has breach the agreement knowly allow the sublet by there employee and ongoing harassment from the employees.

  • The renovation of the attic space mantence and subletting employee of Mercy Housing conspired and closed off the entrance that hold my hot water heater altered it so he can enter and exit through the subletting tentant employee of Mercy Housing to inspect my hot water heater he would have to crawl to inspect instead of entering my unit as he did each year until my complaint about his friend that sublet her unit. After my discovery I'm no longer feel comfortable I have to watch what I say on phone or anyone that visits the intent to violate my right to peace and enjoyment of my home. I don't know when he might be up there.This is an ongoing situation that has not been dealt with, the 3 employees of Mercy Housing still violate my privacy, I know he can hear my conversations having 2 wittness to the fact not being in my unit nor in hearing range when he repeated parts of my conversation he heard through the attic space that he boarded a direct intent to cause harass me which is still present.I ask all for your input on my claim.No reason to alter the attic other than spying in one form or another he did it without permission and his friend the subletting tentant employee of Mercy Housing by her being subletting friend he turned against me and this was a way he helped her.

  • I have endured years of not being able to quit and enjoy my home which is my right the over 3 years now and counting. Mercy Housing has no care for violations from their employees or how they treat their tenants here at Land Park Woods. maintenance, manager, or the employee who illegally her unit for 2 years. I hear movement in the attic space that maintenance employee and tenant employee conspired to harras me.

  • Found out the code enforcement officer that closed 2 requests on violation R807
    Mercy House harassed me by blocking it. It was renovated to do just the employs this site conspired with the intent to harm me trying to put me out because manager and subletting tenant and manatee conspired. MercyHousing knew refuse to correct the violations 311 code enforcement officers finally told the truth after 2 2 of the years of the 4 that harsssment with intent to shut me up and push me out The 311 enforcement told me he had no jurisdiction here that puts him in the conspiracy plot. I'm 64 yr. and disabled but I won't continue to Mercy Housing LLC or there staff. Had 3 employees looking there faces expression I don't care.

  • This is one of the violations of Mercy Housing by MercyLLC I have done to me after being investigated by a government agency, which won't be a surprise at the required 311 code enforcement officer who was to report and act on the violations instead conspired with Mercy Housing to cover help, conspire and aid them in there harassment. I am sure now that they had a government agency to investigate my strange encounter last year by an agency. 311 did me a great favor by being truthful in the part he played hope he feels a little better about himself. I'm not stopping I'm not moving I will continue to fight to get the justice I deserve. They have chosen the wrong section of civil conspiracy is a crime and everyone that played a part in this will name to be held accountable for their actions as well to know and participate and play a part that conspired against me as well Mercy Housing LLC. you should be ashamed of how employees lie and conspire in retaliation and each one I will name as well. All I wanted was to live peacefully all behind your employee's decisions. I want everyone to see what was done as just one of the things you did with great intent to harm me. I tried to upload a picture of the attic space Mercy Housing employees renovated with the intent to harm me by their vindictive housing practices. If I'm able to upload a picture on Face book I will and I ask for support in my fight to gain justice.

  • Finally, I can show the space leading to my attic where my water heater is located which was renovated after my complaint. 4yrs.every year mantence employees would come into my unit to inspect my hot water and the last time was in 2019 after my complaint. This is what the 311 code enforcer allowed to continue because of the roll he played in this conspiracy against me. For the emergency to take out it was renovated to be taken out or replaced through another occupied unit. 4 years of conspiracy I have insured from Mercy Housing LLC.
