Claimant says:
"Last february 2011 I had a claim for my garage due to weather damage. In august, mccullough weather seal was hired to replace roof and siding due to hail damage. A claim was filed and the contractor removed the roof from my home. They neglected to tarp the bare roof during inclement weather. After several hours of rain, my home sustained damage to 2 bedrooms upstairs and the dining room downstairs. i contacted insurance adjustor and was told to file a claim by adjustor so that Nationwise could go after Mccullough Weatherseal for the damages. According to the adjustor it was going to be an addendum to the second claim. McCuullough, Garrett agreed to take care of any damages under oral and written contract. There was a 2 year warrantee on the material and workmanship. After arguing over what the contractor was and was not going to fix, the McCullough Weatherseal company was terminated by me under perception from insurance adjustor that I would not be cancelled. I hired a blue ribbon service provider from Nationwise, ALL ACTION RESTORATION. All Action performed the services inside the home to repair or fix the negligence from the original contractor. july 1st 2012, I received a cancellation notice because of 3 claims in 1 fiscal year. I feel deceived and mistreated from contracting company and the insurance company. A 3rd claim filed due to existing damage from claim #2, and my family is held accountable. I contacted Mccullough to warn of the damage since the roof is leaking and apparently has been leaking since roof was supposedly completed in august 2011. I've tried to make contact since august 21st,2012. The contractor that did the work under his 2 year warrantee is failing to meet, speak or respond to any and all attempts of contact. My son is severely asthmatic and it's his room that is now leaking with the ceiling bowing in and water dripping to the finished basement. I'm in fear of mold and for my sons health with which the contractor has completely disregarded... please help me. Kevin D. Johnson
