Claimant says:
"Performed inspection with owner of jetski prior to putting it in the water. The owner only notes damage he wants to note. Later when you try to return ski he finds new damage in locations you pointed out to him prior. Then he will not review any past notes damage with you that he charged other clients for previously. His tactic is to get loud and obnoxious and threaten you with the cops. When you tell him to call them he gets nervous but tells you they won't come out anyway because it less than 200.00. He is arrogant. Then he tell you to fill the tank of the ski but doesn't reveal he will cyphon the gas out later. When you ask him to put the gas in your vehicle he lies and says he disposes it because it has water in the gas. He has no place set up to deal with toxic chemicals such as gas so either he is lying and reusing it, or disposing of it illegally. He is a crook!!"
