Claimant says:
"Myself and my three teammates wanted to buy bowling shirts for our state championships. We found LogoSportswear.com and designed a shirt. There was much discussion about sizing because we knew personalized shirts would not be refundable. For this reason we took extra care in looking at LogoSportswear size charts and measurements. We took our measurements and placed on order based on their sizing chart.

When the shirts arrived they were not the quality we expected, I had gotten shirts previously that were much better, but most upsetting was not one of us fit into our shirts. I tried calling the company the next day but it was after hours. I then called on October 16th at 10:10 a.m. I left a detailed message and requested a return call. I've never received a call back. On October 18th I sent a message through their web site requesting a full refund rather than a return due to my frustrations in trying to work with them. I requested a response to my inquiry and informed them I had called as well, but still have heard nothing.

I did tell them if I did not hear from them I would ask the Better Business Bureau to assist me in getting a full refund, $283.76 for four shirts. Today is October 25th, I have never heard back from my phone call or my contact made through their web site.

I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in getting us a full refund. I still have the shirts but would like to return them. They have not been worn since none of them fit.
