Claimant says:
"Marifi Spampanato, "Faith" is cleaning homes under a company name "Little Faith Cleaning Services in Reno, Nv." 2855 Sagittarius Dr. Reno, Nv 89509. 775-303-2471
She and a female employee cleaned my house on April 11, 2016. Faith was supposedly supervising her "employee." I came downstairs to get some water and I saw her employee spraying my entire 8 month old leather couch with Spic and Spam. My couch was originally a solid, dark chocolate brown. It now has several bleach type of stains all over it, which never existed prior to this "clean."
I immediately brought Faith downstairs and told her what I witnessed and she started yelling at her and told her she should have asked what products to use instead of just assuming.
The next day, Faith came over to grab her son and I showed her the damages done by her employee. She stated to me " She is such a dumb ass and I fired her yesterday on the way home. I was only trying to help her out."
I asked her for her bonding and license information and she told me she cancelled her bonding a year ago and does not feel she owes for the damages and will not pay for it nor is interested in paying a professional to try and re-stain or repair the damages."
