Claimant says:
"I approached Lisa King who is a psychic for help with a personal problem or two and Ms. King appeared to be an honest law abiding business person. Nevertheless, she told me that I should place more trust in her (not her psychic services) to hold my money. I brought her my money in the amount of $9600.00 just as a favor to hold until I was ready to pick it up. We signed an promissory agreement with Ms. Lisa King agreeing to hold my money until I was ready to buy a "successful" business but no longer held by her for 6 months from the time of this agreement. The agreement was signed (4-26-2013) and as part of the agreement I would compensate Ms. Lisa King $500 of my money in holding $9600.00 (No other party agreements were made to compensate Ms. Lisa King as long as Ms. King remained compliant and did not deviate from the signed agreement). Ms. Lisa King agreed to this type of party signing arrangement and all looked to be going well until the day I asked for my $9100.00 to be returned to me safely and without any adverse harm. On August 12th 2013 I asked politely and professionally reserved for my money back. To this end, Ms. Lisa King demanded I had to fulfill her requests about my needs concerning a business or she would not hand my money over to me. After that point I felt robbed, threatened & indifferent to my money being Ms. Lisa Kings possession. Nevertheless, I had tried to work with Ms. King to get my money back but all honest attempts failed and Ms. King said my life was in danger, including my family and would make her deathly sick if I had taken out this money. All these allegations as to why my money was not being returned to me was very hostile in nature and there was no need to resort to such measures under a simple request to have my $9100.00 of money returned to me. Since none of the above happened, I am asking for the full $9600.00 of my monies to be returned to me."
