"My mother had a life insurance policy on my father. He passed away on july 5th. she signed the policy over to jackson funeral home in newport arkansas. the policy was for 5000 dollars. the company only paid 4399.00. they said someone borrowed against the policy.we cannot get any information from this company. we want to know who did this and when . they will only say they do not provide premium histories on this type pf policy. my mother is the beneficiary on this policy and the premiums were automatically debited from her account each month. i feel this information is her right to know."
