Claimant says:
"I took my Grand Voyager van. The two doors on the passager side were hit by a cement post by the gas pump.. the doors were not fixed right. I had key holes in all doors and they didn't replace it right. I now have one door with no keyhole and the sliding door has a hard time opening.. they were very hateful. They were blaming things on my family like they ask when they called and said the van was ready they didnt have the door panels on we showed them and the blamed my daughter of pulling them off.. I said look we just got here and they were like this.. they said they would charge me to go back and put it on. It was their mess up. Then they had to repaint the side of the van because they used a used door that was red my van is gold.. they told my dad to shut up when he was trying to explain what they didn't fix and told him to get in his truck,, they were hateful to us bad and we were there as a customer we just wanted the van fixed back like it was the insurance paid for it.."

  • This job was done according to the insurance companys paperwork and what they would pay. This customer wanted additional work done for no charge. And after completing the job she stopped payment on her check. There was no way to make this lady happy. She is well known in our community as a very mean spirited and unhappy person. She causes trouble wherever she goes. From her next door neighbor to her church, she has caused problems. She got the job her insurance company paid for. If we had known who she was before taking the job, we never would have wanted to do the work. If she continues to harrass this business, our lawyer will file against her. She is owed no money for repairs. But she has yet to finish paying her charges.
