Claimant says:
"I received a recall notice from the company regarding my alternator I took my car an 2012 Dodge Charger to the company on Wed 1st April to be fixed and to be picked up the following afternoon, the car was checked by an employee for damages on arrival as is the norm and no damages, nicks or dents were found on the body of the car,myself and the guy who did the examination even joked about this fact.I arrived the next afternoon to pick up my car and on inspecting the vehicle in the presence of an employee before leaving the premises I discovered two small dents which are quite visible on the left rear fender of the car,I immediately showed these to the employee who called his boss Brian who upon hearing what I had to say told me that the damages did not happen in the shop and that he is not doing any repairs. I am therefore appealing to your organization for help in clearing up this issue.Thank you"
