"I purchased 1 headset over 1 month ago but have still not received it. According to the tracking #, it still has not been shipped. I have attempted to send emails but have not had any response even though they state that they usually respond in 24 hours. At this point, I don't know if I will even receive it. It was purchased as a gift but I can't afford to replace it since I am sure that they would NEVER return my money since they can't even seem to SEND the product."

  • That was posted on 2/24/17.  However, it is 3/26/17 and nothing has been done.  I do not want a headset and free cleaning kit.  I am totally disgusted and want my money back for 1 headset, 1 ear phone and 1 charger.  If customer service is this poor, I have no reason to believe that the merchandise will be anything less than sub-standard.
