Claimant says:
"on october 6, 2010, i ordered two bairs of boots priced at 240 dollars. on october 12th i reciecieved a notification stating package was scheduled to be delivered on 14th however it never was recieved. on october 15th i called directly to inguire about delievery and was treated rudely. after emailing and calling several times i finallay recieved the package on november 1 but it was the wrong size and style. after calling back about the mistake, i returned boots on november 2nd and was assured that right pair would be sent immediately. after the boots were sent the following week but it wasnt the total order, after being told that my order was available, i recieved a call stating that it wasnt and that it would be sent asap. now its november 30th and i still have not recieved my oder and am being given the run around."

1. original boots ordered or full refund company had more than enough time to notify me on status of boots. it has been 57 days since begining of transaction, first boots were being shipped, then i had to wait untill they were through customs and then they were being shipped the next week. it has been too long am i am requesting original boots of full refund Dec 10, 2010 $110.00
