Claimant says:
"This company provided GAP insurance for us on a vehicle. We have been dealing with them for more than 4-months over getting this vehicle paid-off and cleared. On Aug. 17th we recieved a call from our finance company telling us that they paid 0000.00 amount and that we still owed them 1808.42 because our personal insurance paid us that amount for
tax and title for our new vehicle. We do not owe this money that went towards our new vehicle just like it was supposed to.
This company has been very slow at taking care of what we paid them for, they are very very rude. When we call to try and talk to some one the person answering the call will be very argumentative, will not listen to what we are telling them and they have told us we are liars. Before all of this every time we called to find out what was going on they would tel us that they never recieved any information They always lost the info."
