"MY CAR WAS REPOSSED 12/9/2012 BY J.D. BYRIDER IN MERRILLVILLE INDIANA AFTER ALL PAYMENTS WERE MADE SEVERAL DAYS EARLIER. WHEN I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THE SUPERVISOR NAMED EBONY SAID THEY FORGOT TO TAKE THE CAR OFF OF THE REPO LIST AND WITH SUCH A NASTY ATTITUDE SO NOW I'M STILL WITHOUT A CAR BECAUSE I HAD AN ACCIDENT IN THE CAR AND DAMAGED THE HOOD IN WHICH I WAS GOING TO GET FIXED AFTER THE HOLIDAYS BUT THEY SAID NO I COULD NOT THEY WOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THEIR INSURANCE SINCE THEY PLACED COVERAGE ON IT BUT THE DAY I PAID THE NOTE WAS THE SAME DAY I PUT FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE ON MY VEHICLE BUT AS LONG AS THEY GET THEIR PAYMENT IT SHOULD NOT MATTER WHERE I GET MY AUTOMOBILE REPAIRED, THAT SHOULD BE MY CHOICE. SO THEY KEPT THE CAR, MY PAYMENT, AND NOW I'M JUST LEFT OUT VERY UPSET AND JUST NEED TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF PUNITIVE OR COMPENSATORY DAMAGES CAN I RECOVER. I HAVE CHILDREN AND MY DAD JUST HAD A STROKE AND I HAVE NO WAY TO GET AROUND. MY CAR MAY HAVE BEEN SLIGHTLY DAMAGED BUT I WAS STILL ABLE TO GET AROUND. I HAVE SOMEONE THAT CAN REPAIR MY VEHICLE WITHOUT PAYING A HIGH 500 DEDUCTIBLE IN WHICH I BELIEVE THEY ARE GOING TO TRY TO RAILROAD ME INTO PAYING. I DON'T WANT THEM TO REPAIR MY CAR AND I EXPLAINED THAT TO THEM. I NEED HELP IN A HURRY"

  • I received a car from this company on Jan. 3 with no payment down. Very rude constomer service whenever I called. Also witnessed in person the people that does customer service laughing loudly when making a payment because of a rep. talking loudly and rudely to a customer on the phone. My car was also repossessed illegal after a payment I've made on the 22nd. When I called to informed about my car being gone while trying to get to work the stated that it had to been stolen because it wasn't in the system. When I contacted the police dep. they stated my car was repossessed and once I told Jd they still denied it until I got uneasy. They then called the repo place who's name was given to me by the police dep. They informed me of the car being accidentally taken living me to struggle to find a way in this cold snowy weather with my 1 year old. Also my window gets stuck plenty of times and my transmission is seeming to go out. My service engine light comes on everyday and it first came on 2 days after I got the car. I am very disappointment with this company and their services.
